Important changes the Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT Bylaw)
Effective June 1, 2025, the City of Niagara Falls will implement amendments to the Municipal Accommodation Tax By-law (By-law 2025–009), as approved by City Council on January 14, 2025. The full By-law is available in the By-laws section of the City’s website.
